I know somebody will know the answer to this. I can't really offer any prize other than my appreciation, but hopefully someone will be able to tell me what song this is. It's definitely in the punk/ska genre, but I can't narrow it down to a particular group. The chorus goes (approximately):
When it comes to me I'll be sitting at my desk
